At Cutlery Sets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If our premium flatware does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the unused cutlery in its original packaging to ensure the stainless steel finish remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned set, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
